COVID-19 Update

July 28, 2020

Palomar Vista Healthcare Center is COVID-19 free! We are working diligently every day to provide the safest short term and long term care available during these uncertain times. We are following CMS, and CDC guidelines to ensure we stay COVID-19 free. Unfortunately we are still unable to allow visitors at this time. We are continuing to screen all employees, nurses, and physicians that enter the building. Temperature checks, filling out our COVID-19 questionnaire, mask checks, and face shield protection are all required upon entrance to our facility. We are happy to provide I phones for FaceTiming friends and family members upon request. Please do not hesitate to send us a message through our website or Facebook with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we continue the fight against this virus.
